We offer free shipping to all locations within India, regardless of the order amount. No hidden charges or extra fees will be added during checkout for standard shipping.


2. Address Modification Policy

If you need to change or correct your shipping address, you may do so within 12 hours of placing your order.


Please email us at support@roxyma.com with your Order Number and the updated address.


Note: After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee any changes, as the order may already be in processing or transit.


3. Dispatch Timelines

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. However, in certain cases where demand is exceptionally high or the item is part of a limited batch, dispatch may take up to 5-7 business days.

We recommend checking the Product Details section for any special dispatch notes specific to an item before placing your order.


4. Delivery Timeframe

  • Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

  • Remote or less accessible areas may experience slightly longer delivery timelines.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier partner’s website.
