At Roxyma, we take immense pride in offering authentic handloom sarees, thoughtfully woven by skilled artisans. Each saree reflects heritage, craftsmanship, and dedication. Due to the handmade nature of our products, our return, refund, and cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
We offer a hassle-free cancellation window for your convenience.

Orders can be cancelled by sending an email to support@roxyma.com within 12 hours of placing the order, along with your Order ID.

Requests for delivery address changes must also be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation or modification requests will not be accepted after 12 hours, as the order may have already been processed or dispatched.

Once the cancellation is successfully processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Orders purchased using EMI cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as EMI plans are processed and approved by the payment provider at the time of purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in case of genuine manufacturing defects, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Mandatory opening video in WhatsApp (as per guidelines below)
Requests without a valid opening video will not be accepted.
Opening Video Requirement (Mandatory)
A proper opening video is compulsory to process any return, exchange, or refund.
The video must:

Be recorded in landscape mode

Be a single, continuous, uncut video

Clearly show the shipping label

Show the complete unboxing process

Clearly display the entire product
-
Show all four edges of the shipment before start unboxing

Clearly highlight the manufacturing defect
The video must not be paused, edited, or modified.
We recommend using a stand or taking assistance from another person while recording.
Exchange Policy
If a genuine manufacturing defect is verified:

We will arrange a free return pickup, wherever available.

A replacement of the same product will be shipped at no additional cost.
If the same product is not available, customers can choose either:

Full refund to original payment method, OR
-
Coupon of the same value valid for 1 year
Roxyma reserves the right to decide whether return pickup is required.
Refund Policy
If a refund is approved:

If return pickup is not available at your location:

Customers need to courier the product to us

A coupon of up to ₹120 will be issued to cover return shipping costs

The coupon will be valid for 1 year

Products must be returned in original condition:

Unwashed

Without fall and pico

With original packaging
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, washed, or altered.
Important Note on Handloom Products
Our sarees are handcrafted using traditional handloom techniques. Therefore, slight variations are natural and not considered defects.
These include:

Minor weave irregularities

Thread variations

Loose threads
-
Texture variations
These characteristics reflect the authenticity and uniqueness of handloom products.
Colour Disclaimer
Actual product colours may vary slightly due to:

Studio lighting
-
Photography equipment

Screen brightness and display settings
Such variations are normal and not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted if:

Opening video is not available

Request is made after 24 hours of delivery

Product has been used, washed, or altered

Issue is related to natural handloom variation

Issue is related to colour variation
Roxyma reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
If the package appears tampered, torn, or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse acceptance and notify us immediately at support@roxyma.com.
We will resend the same product at no additional cost. If the product is unavailable, customers may opt for a full refund to the original payment method or a coupon of equal value valid for 1 year, which can be used for any purchase on our website.
