Return & Refund Policy – Roxyma
At Roxyma, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process under the conditions outlined below:
1. Return Window
- Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and labels intact.
- Items not meeting these conditions will not qualify for return or refund.
3. Quality Check & Refund Processing
- Returned items will go through Roxyma’s mandatory quality check upon receipt.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
4. Refund & Coupon Options
- Customers can choose to:
- Receive a refund to the original payment method, or
- Opt for a coupon code of equivalent value, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
5. Clearance Sale Items
- Products sold under “Clearing Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
- However, customers may choose to receive a coupon code of the same value, valid for 1 year.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
- If a product with a manufacturing defect is received, a refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers should email clear photographs of the damaged item along with the Order ID to support@roxyma.com.
- Upon verification, a refund or a coupon code (valid for 1 year) may be issued at Roxyma’s discretion.
7. Locations Without Pickup Service
- If pickup is not available at the customer’s location, a coupon worth up to ₹120 will be issued to cover return shipping costs.
- The coupon will be valid for 1 year.
